Vinesong represents a team of modern-day missionaries, serving the churches across the denominations by using music as a vehicle for reaching people. Many of the most respected leaders in the Christian world have classified this ministry as being unique.

It is an equipping ministry and should not be stereotyped as a musical form of Christian entertainment but as providing a time of spiritual refreshment, challenge and change to people's lives.

Vinesong are based in England although John Watson the founder and leader of Vinesong was born and raised as a third-generation missionary in Zimbabwe (Central Africa).
